This Privacy Policy describes data processing for https://asotools.dev, the AsoTools macOS app, the App Store version and the DMG version.

1. Controller and contact

The data controller and service provider is the owner of AsoTools. Contact: support@asotools.dev.

2. Data processed

• master account UUID, device UUIDs, installation and session identifiers;
• device model, macOS version, app version, language, country, online status and device comment;
• App Store subscription status, DMG subscription status, balance, top-ups, charges, cancellations and subscription periods;
• support messages, payment links, requested amounts and payment confirmations;
• website IP address, approximate country, visited pages, page time and button/link clicks;
• connection events, error logs and diagnostic data.

3. Purposes

Data is used to identify devices, verify subscriptions, manage balance, provide App Store Connect and AI features, support, security, diagnostics and website improvement.

4. App Store and DMG payments

In the App Store version, payment and subscription management are handled by Apple. AsoTools receives subscription status and does not access card details. In the DMG version, balance top-ups are processed through support and payment providers; AsoTools stores amount, confirmation status and top-up/charge history.

5. Sharing

Data is not sold. It may be shared with Apple for App Store payments, payment providers for DMG payments, infrastructure providers, notification services and contractors when necessary for AsoTools or required by law.

6. Retention and security

Data is retained as needed for service operation, payment accounting, support, security, legal obligations and protection of rights. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used.

7. User rights

Contact support@asotools.dev to request access, correction, restriction or deletion where compatible with payment, security and legal obligations.

8. Cookies and analytics

The website may use cookies and first-party analytics. Analytics records page navigation, page time and clicks on buttons/links. Scrolls and random clicks outside interactive elements are not target actions.

This Policy may be updated when AsoTools features, payment methods, processed data or legal requirements change.
