These Terms govern https://asotools.dev, AsoTools, the App Store version, the DMG version, server features, support, balance, device subscriptions and AI features.

1. Acceptance

By using the site, app, server features, support, App Store subscription or DMG subscription, you accept these Terms.

2. Service purpose

AsoTools helps work with App Store Connect: metadata, localizations, keywords, screenshots, versions, reviews and AI-assisted text preparation.

3. App versions

• The App Store version may use Apple-managed subscriptions and Apple rules for purchases, cancellations and refunds.
• The DMG version uses server-side access checks, device UUIDs, balance, support and charges for active device subscriptions.

4. Account and devices

The main identifier is the master UUID. Users may add devices, set comments and manage device subscriptions. Users are responsible for UUID accuracy and account activity.

5. Subscriptions, balance and AI

In the App Store version, subscription is purchased and cancelled through Apple. In the DMG version, app subscription is charged from the balance per active device. AI features are a separate per-device subscription and require an active app subscription on that device.

6. Payment and crediting

Apple processes App Store payments, cancellations and refunds. For the DMG version, the user requests a balance top-up, receives payment details or a link in support, and the balance is usually credited within 1 hour after payment confirmation.

7. Acceptable use

You may not disrupt the service, bypass licensing, use another person’s UUIDs without permission, reverse engineer, distribute modified copies or use the service unlawfully.

8. App Store Connect and AI

Users are responsible for App Store Connect access, API keys and all metadata, localizations, keywords and screenshots saved through AsoTools. AI output must be reviewed before publication.

9. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. AsoTools does not guarantee Apple approval and is not liable for Apple decisions, App Store Connect outages, payment provider actions, user data errors or indirect damages except where required by law.
