Public Offer

This Public Offer covers access to AsoTools, including the website, macOS app, App Store version and DMG version.

1. Terms

Provider means the owner of AsoTools, Tax ID 380111907989, contact support@asotools.dev. User means a person using or paying for the service. App Store version is distributed through Apple App Store. DMG version is distributed outside App Store as a DMG file. Balance is the DMG account amount used for device and AI subscriptions.

2. Acceptance

The Offer is accepted by using the site or app, purchasing an App Store subscription, requesting a balance top-up, paying an invoice, adding a device or activating subscriptions or AI features.

3. Subject

The Provider grants access to AsoTools for App Store Connect workflows, device management, subscriptions, balance, support and AI features. Access depends on app version, active subscription and balance.

4. App Store payments

Payments, cancellations, renewals and refunds for the App Store version are processed by Apple under Apple rules. The Provider does not store payment credentials and receives only technical subscription status.

5. DMG payments

The User requests a balance top-up in the app, Support sends payment details or a link, and the amount is credited after payment confirmation, usually within 1 hour. Charges for app and AI subscriptions are deducted from the balance for active devices. Russian locale shows RUB; other locales may show USD equivalents while internal accounting is in RUB.

6. Device and AI subscriptions

App subscription is activated per device, including the master device. AI features are activated separately and require an active app subscription on the same device.

7. Refunds and errors

For App Store payments, the User contacts Apple. For DMG payments, the User contacts support with UUID, amount, payment date and issue description. Refunds may be considered for erroneous or duplicate payments, inability to provide paid access due to the Provider’s fault, or cases required by law.

8. User obligations

The User must provide correct UUIDs, review AI output, respect third-party rights, avoid license bypass and protect API keys and App Store Connect access.

9. Provider obligations

The Provider provides paid features when subscription and balance conditions are met, keeps top-up and charge history, provides support and may suspend access for violations or security threats.

10. Liability

AsoTools is a user tool. The Provider is not liable for Apple decisions, App Store Connect changes, payment provider actions, user data errors, publication consequences or indirect damages except where required by law.

11. Personal data

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Term and disputes

The Offer is effective from publication until withdrawn or replaced. Russian law applies unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Claims are sent to support@asotools.dev; response time is up to 10 business days.
